Join the Burning Kumquat and the Office of Sustainability for Food Week on the week of Monday, October 19 – Saturday, October 24 in recognition of National Food Day on October 24.
On Tuesday, October 20, at 2:40 pm – 3:30 pm, there will be a Rooftop Farm Tour meeting at the Office of Sustainability (located in Myers basement). The tour will explore Urban Harvest STL’s Food Roof Farm.
On Wednesday, October 21, we will be having a skillshare workshop on potting plants from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the Burning Kumquat and a film screening of the documentary “Cowspiracy” with a discussion with Professor Glenn Stone from 7 pm to 9 pm at Seigle 204.
